Pan Roasted Chicken Drumsticks | Recipe | Quick and Easy

Three great things about roasted chicken drumsticks: 1. they're inexpensive, 2. easy to make, 3. taste great.  They do not require much hands-on time, at all.  Once the lid is on, set your timer, sit back and relax.

You can prep the chicken legs a day in advance.  Place seasoned chicken legs in a baking dish, place garlic and rosemary on top, drizzle with a touch of oil, wrap well with plastic wrap and refrigerate.  It's that easy.

Pan Roasted Chicken Drumsticks Recipe
Yields: 8 drumsticks

8 chicken drumsticks, skins removed
4 garlic cloves, quartered
4 2" sprigs fresh rosemary
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil

1. Season drumsticks with salt, pepper and paprika. 
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over Medium-High heat.  Place drumsticks in skillet and brown well on all sides, about 5 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to Medium-Low; add garlic and rosemary springs on top of chicken.  Cover with a lid and cook for an additional 25 minutes.
