"Pom" Sunday | Recipe | Pomegranate Champagne Punch

I'm not entirely sure why we decided to have a Signature Drink for our Easter Dinner, but I have a feeling Signature Drinks will become a regular in the Stranded household!  It was a big hit enjoyed by all.

This Pomegranate Champagne punch was a breeze to make.  Since our dinner party was held on Palm Sunday, one of our friends very cleverly named this drink "Pom" Sunday.  It tasted so good, we almost forgot it had alcohol!  This morning sure reminded us...

I happened to have strawberries in the house, so I garnished the glasses with strawberries.  It's a tasty, refreshing punch sure to jazz up a night.
